After just under a year that Dillon has been working with us, he has now been given the opportunity to run his own company and become his own boss! 🤩 the biggest promotion we have had over here at Fortis so far and honestly we couldn't be more proud! 🏆

We always knew you could do it Dillon, you have shown us countless times that your work ethic is incomparable and from that very 1st phone call we gave you, you were already one the most keen people around. This weekend we are set off for another EA academy meeting, and yes we are hosting our very 1st one! It will be held in the beautiful @dunadryhotelandgardens 😍 we are indeed very excited to see the lucky people selected from offices across the UK to come along and join us!

The 1st half of 2022 has been totally out of this world!😍From 8 people in the office we have now grown to 61 amazing team members, we have 4 assistant owners all ready to move into their cities in the next month and we couldn't be prouder! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 We have consistently been the top office in the UK in the last few months and we defo plan on staying there!🔥🔥🔥🔥 Thank you to everyone who has been part of Q2 and for helping us break recoeds this year, cheers to more success in the next half of 2022! 🎉🎊🥂
